What are we measuring?
The Fulton County Library System conducts an annual survey of its patrons to determine how patrons are using the library, which resources are most important, what they would like to see changed and their overall level of satisfaction. Based on the Fall 2018 survey, 11.58 percent of patrons were at least "somewhat satisfied" with the library, including 80.66 percent who stated they were "very satisfied" and about 4.34 percent who stated they were "satisfied."
How are we doing?
Compared to 2018, the percentage of patrons stating they were at least somewhat satisfied (7.73%) is now up by about 3.85 points and the percentage stating they were satisfied or very satisfied was down by 5.5 points. Less than 2 percent of patrons completing the survey said they were "dissatisfied" or "very dissatisfied" in 2019, up about 3.4 percent in 2018.
