What are we measuring?

Surveys designed to determine the level of engagement County employees feel in their work have been conducted by a consulting firm during the last two years.  The level of engagement was rated through responses to questions related to their work and environment in four areas:  alignment, effectiveness, connection and management.

Why are we measuring it?

To increase employee engagement at work.

How are we doing?

Overall, results showed marked improvement between 2017 and 2018 with the percentage of employees who feel highly engaged growing from 26% to 30%. It is the goal of Fulton County to meet or exceed the average local government engagement level of 41% by 2020.
