What are we measuring?

This measure tracks the level of satisfaction residents say they have with Fulton County services.  Level of satisfaction was determined through a survey conducted with the assistance of Kennesaw State University in the fall of 2017.  Residents taking the survey were asked to select which best represented their level of satisfaction Fulton County services: very satisfied, somewhat satisfied, somewhat dissatisfied or very dissatisfied.

Why are we measuring it?

It is important to hear from residents how they perceive the quality Fulton County services.  Resident satisfaction can be used as an overall gauge for how well the County is serving its residents.  The County intends to repeat the survey on an annual basis in order to measure changes with the hopes of seeing rising levels of satisfaction as the County works toward improving the quality of services.

How are we doing?

Over three-fourths of participants indicated that they were very (15.3%) or somewhat (67.2%) satisfied with the services that Fulton County is currently providing. An additional 11.3% stated that they were dissatisfied and the rest didn’t know or didn’t have an opinion (6.2%).
