The Department of Real Estate and Asset Management (DREAM) is responsible for the maintenance of county facilities and grounds, maintenance and repair services for county vehicle fleet and asset management; acquiring, leasing, managing and disposing of county property along with ensuring compliance with landfill closure requirements.

Description: Percentage of capital construction projects completed on budget from date of NTP issuance.

This KPI demonstrates our ability at being a good steward with the scarce resources entrusted to our care through the completion of capital construction projects within budget.

Description: Percentage of corrective work orders completed within 20 days
Why is this important: This KPI is an industry standard that measures the performance of facility management to meet its baseline obligation to deliver efficient, cost-effective and timely services to support uninterrupted business operations for tenants. Also, this KPI ties to DREAM's Fulton County's Strategic Plan Priority Areas - All Trust that Government is: Efficient, Effective and Fiscally Sound.

Description: Percentage of preventative work orders completed per manufacturers specifications
Why is this important: This KPI is an industry standard that measures the performance of facility management to meet its baseline obligation to deliver efficient, cost-effective and timely services to support uninterrupted business operations for tenants. Also, this KPI ties to DREAM's Fulton County's Strategic Plan Priority Areas - All Trust that Government is: Efficient, Effective and Fiscally Sound.

Description: Percentage of non-major vehicle repairs completed within 5 business days
Why is this important: This KPI measures our ability to support User Department's access to safe and reliable vehicles in a timely manner that does not interrupt their business operations while supporting them to meet their department's mission. Also, this KPI ties to DREAM's Fulton County's Strategic Plan Priority Areas - All People Trust Government is: Efficient, Effective and Fiscally Sound.

Description: Percentage of 3rd party real estate leases completed on-time based on scope of work requirements.
Why is this important: One of the primary functions of the Real Estate Divisions is to meet the space requirements of User Departments. Sometimes meeting space requirements involves identifying and negotiating acceptable lease terms with a Landlord/Owner. This KPI activity oftentimes impacts a User Department's ability to provide constituent services, so its important we meet this performance metric. Additionally, this KPI ties to DREAM's Fulton County Strategic Plan Priority Area - People Trust Government is: Efficient, Effective and Fiscally Sound.

Description: Percentage of customers who indicate their expectations were met when receiving service from the Department.
Why is this important: The Real Estate and Asset Management department uses the department's own form of survey using an individual software called Maximo. The survey targets internal customers who received services from the department. The survey is ongoing and the number of participants vary.
