Libraries, with the support of the community, can play a critical role in addressing community challenges and enhancing the lives of all their citizens. This Growth Plan is the result of discussions among key community leaders who have come together to formulate a plan to envision how the Library Foundation can step up to become the world class philanthropic and advocacy partner needed and deserved by the Fulton County Library System and Fulton County citizens.
