Description of Initiative:
This project is a pilot to look at the construction of a tiny home community in Fulton County to serve low and moderate income residents with
home ownership opportunities.
What we are trying to Accomplish:
- Provide eight to twelve units of affordable housing.
- Serve residents that are below 120% of Area Median Income
- Develop good will and be a blueprint to the future development of tiny homes within the County
- Demonstrate the value of tiny homes and show that the construction of such units fit current life styles
