This performance indicator measures the percent increase in our social media impressions. We currently only use Twitter and Facebook to promote Select Fulton and Fulton County. Twitter impressions will be measured by the number of followers. Facebook impressions will be measured by the number of likes.
This metric measures the number of existing Fulton County businesses that a member of the Economic Development team has met with during the year. Only those meetings where a face to face meeting occurred with a decision maker will be accounted for.
This is a measurement of observable partnerships at work with employers and aligned stakeholders with Fulton workforce efforts. The goal of the measure is to demonstrate the outcomes resulting from partnerships that create job opportunities or wraparound support by leveraging resources of workforce stakeholders to provide improved programs to Fulton residents.
This KPI will measure the increase in enrollments in the Virtual One-Stop System (VOS) over the previous calendar year. In 2018, WorkSource Fulton enrolled 351 unique participants, but January 2019 enrollments currently stand at 243. A 5% increase would serve an additional 129 Fulton residents by the end of the calendar year. An enrollment is defined as an active case file in VOS receiving some form of career services.
