Description: This performance indicator measures the number of social media impressions. We currently only use Twitter and Facebook to promote Select Fulton and Fulton County. Twitter impressions will be measured by the number of followers. Facebook impressions will be measured by the number of likes.
Why is this important: The purpose of tracking social media impressions is 1) to measure our engagement with the public and our success in promoting Fulton County to business and 2) to measure the success of our Marketing Plan efforts.

Why is this important: Provide countywide support for job creation and capital investment in Fulton County
Description: % Application to Eligibility Conversion
Why is this important: 202 level service codes are assigned once a job seeker has completed eligibility and orientation and has been determined suitable for training. The measure shows what percentage of applicants are making it through the process and being served in a timely manner by workforce staff. For management staff and the Local Workforce Board, it gives a measure at effectiveness in serving participants, and volume for expected enrollments and obligation of grant funds.

Why is this important: Track flow of customers requesting services through virtual means (Service Centers closed). Also reflects regional workforce strategic goal of filtering customers to each workforce area.
Description: Percentage of customers who indicate their expectations were met when receiving service from the Department.
